Assessment Center
Assessment Test Schedule

Show up on one of the following test dates
Appointment or sign up is not necessary

In order to complete the assessment test you must have each of the following:

A Diablo Valley College application on file with the Admissions Office and Records Office.
Your DVC student ID number.
You must show a form of Photo Identification i.e. Drivers License or Student ID to take the test.
Please be on time. Testing starts promptly at posted time.

New Location! Please note assessments will be given in the Computer Lab in E164!
Please be on time and a photo ID is required Testing begins promptly.

Tuesday, January 26	3:00 - 5:30 p.m.
Thursday, January 28	10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Friday, January 29	10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Please visit www.dvc.edu/assessment for additional test dates and times

Test results - will be available for computer based assessments immediately.
You will be notified by email when results from paper-based tests are ready for pick up.

Math assessment sample tests are available for you to pick up in the kiosk located next to SRVC Admissions Office, West Building, Suite 109.

Our retest policy is as follows:

English	Twice per semester, with at least 7 days in between
Math	2, 3 ONCE per year (once per 365 days) 4, 5 twice per semester with at least 7 days between
ESL/CELSA	Once per semester
Chemistry	Once per semester
