This course is designed to introduce students to the WEB DEVELOPMENT CYCLE. This process is used to create, organize, and maintain web sites that are easy to use and understand. Emphasis is placed on navigation, organization, presentation, and maintenance of web sites.
Students should be comfortable with file management, basic word processing skills and web browsing. The WD Cycle is used in developing web sites with 10 page or 10 thousand pages. To facilitate in understanding the process we will use web development software to create Basic Web Pages and post them on the Internet.
No previous web design experience is required.
