Lesson #1
Due 9/4
Time: Approx 4 hrs
|
Dreamweaver CS5 Jumpstart
The first lesson provides an overview of Dreamweaver, including the new features in CS5. Personally, I find this first lesson can be a little confusing and overwhelming to students who have never used Dreamweaver before, so approach this lesson as a sales pitch to
quickly and easily define what is new and different in Dreamweaver CS5.
Like I said this lesson is particularly helpful to existing
Dreamweaver users in determining how they can add to their knowledge base. This lesson lists the software’s
most important new features, introducing them and referencing the lessons in which they’re covered in more detail.
This lesson might be more valuable after novice users familiarize themselves with Dreamweaver CS5’s basic
functions. So take this lesson as a chance to explore Dreamweaver a little and play with some of the features.
The tasks that you should complete for Lesson #1:
- FIRST - Watch this Video from Adobe TV - it has information about some of the New Features. Just relax and watch this video because we will work through these features as we complete the class. Don't worry if you DO NOT understand everything he is talking about! It is JUST and over view!!
